Fabric: 12 oz brushed cotton twill. Black, undyed warp.
Construction: Six-panel. Crown panels seamed and topstitched. Sweatband cotton-faced.
Strap: Punched leather strap. Solid unplated brass tang and keeper.
Visor: Three-row stitched. 18 mm pre-curved.
Embroidery: W/S in bone silk thread, hand-finished. Monochrome.
Registry mark: Capsule stamped inside the sweatband: W/S · ISSUE 001 · 094 / 150. When color is not the right signal, the number carries the house.
Made: One maker per cap, sewn through in a single sitting.
Patina: The brass is meant to darken with skin. The twill is meant to soften. Marks of repair are returned to service, marked with honor.
Care: Spot clean only. Send the piece back when it is time — the workshop repairs.
